Okie Dokie Cider & Donut Flight

Join us for the perfect pairing of Hale & True cider and Okie Dokie Donuts! This tasting event will feature flights of four limited edition Okie Dokie Donuts inspired by and made with four Hale & True ciders to enjoy side-by-side. This is a one-night ticketed event, with three available seatings starting at 5:00, 7:00, and 9:00 pm. The cider and donuts are both entirely gluten-free. Vegan options are available, please let us know ahead of time. Additional items from regular taproom menu will also be available during the event. The cost of your all-inclusive ticket includes a 1 hour and 30 minute reservation at the taproom, flight(s) of Hale & True cider, flight of 4 mini Okie Dokie donuts, and both tax and gratuity. Spring Cider Making Workshop

Join our cider making workshops to learn how to make cider from Hale & True owner and cider maker, Kerry McKenzie. This one-night, three-hour workshop is perfect for cider fans who want to learn more about the drink they love and those who want to get started cider making at home. The class is focused on learning how to make consistent, delicious cider and creating a solid foundation of cider making knowledge. We will also be tasting a variety of ciders!
In these workshops you will learn about the history of cider, cider styles, and apple varieties, learn step-by-step how to make high-quality cider at home, start your own batch of cider with fresh-pressed, local PA apple juice, and enjoy a guided tasting of different cider styles.

Cider Cocktail Night with Philadelphia Distilling (6pm-9pm) + La Llamita Vegana Food Pop-Up (5pm-9pm or sellout)
A one-night special menu of five new cider cocktails made in collaboration with our friends at Philadelphia Distilling. Plus, plant-based and gluten-free Peruvian food by Chef Alex at the taproom from 5:00pm until sellout.

Limited Edition Cider Release: Basement Series No. 52 + Free Mini Birthday Cake Donuts from Okie Dokie, 12pm-sellout
A small batch birch beer inspired cider made with birch bark, vanilla, and Belgian rock candi sugar. Plus, free mini gluten-free birthday cake donuts from Okie Dokie Donuts to celebrate our birthday. Available with purchase, while supplies last!

Redcrest Kitchen Gluten-Free Fried Chicken Pop-Up
